1. Log in to Medicare Plan Finder at www.medicare.gov (or continue in guest mode)
2. From your Dashboard, go to:
a. Health & Drug Plans, → Find & Compare → Find Health & Drug Plans. Choose "Prescription Drug Plan (Part D)"
3. View your existing drug plan here. Note if your plan is having a name change for 2026
4. View, Add, or Edit your medications and pharmacy preferences.
5. View Plan Options - Sort by Lowest drug + premium cost (yearly)
